REFUND POLICY

At SnuggleNest, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.


RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Items that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.


HOW TO START A RETURN

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@mysnugglenest.com with:
  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • A photo of the item if it is damaged or defective

Do not send your item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you instructions on where and how to send your item.


REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card provider.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@mysnugglenest.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.


RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.

If you are returning an item for personal reasons (e.g. change of mind, wrong size selected), the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. SnuggleNest is not responsible for items lost in return transit.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window
  • Items that have been used, washed, or are not in original condition
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase


EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days of approval, please check with your bank first as processing times vary. If you still have not received it, contact us at support@mysnugglenest.com and we will investigate straight away.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a pricing error has occurred, including after an order has been placed and payment processed. In such cases we will notify you and issue a full refund.


5. ORDERS & PAYMENT


By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s). We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.


6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship to the United States and Australia. Estimated delivery times are 2–4 weeks from the date of dispatch. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address. SnuggleNest is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.


7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

8. CONSUMER GUARANTEES (AUSTRALIA)

Customers in Australia have rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable Australian consumer protection legislation.


9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
